Last week, our team was present at the prestigious REM 2026 trade fair, which took place at the Swiss Technology Convention Center in Lausanne. This major event is an unmissable gathering for leaders in the real estate economy and institutional players in French-speaking Switzerland. For the second consecutive year, AMP IT had the honor of participating as a partner of this renowned exhibition.
This edition of the RENT fair was an opportunity for us to engage in fruitful exchanges with many players in the real estate sector. One question came up repeatedly during our discussions: that of installing charging infrastructure in multi-residential buildings. Indeed, with the growing rise of electric vehicles, property owners are increasingly asking themselves about the integration of charging stations in their buildings.
A highlight of this event was the screening of a captivating documentary on the role of property owners in the transition to electric mobility. This film was followed by a lively round table, in which our co-founder, Ilya Tyuvildin, took part alongside representatives from the charging sector and the real estate sector. This enriching discussion addressed the challenges and opportunities related to the installation of charging stations in residential buildings.
